CECOG membership
You are a CECOG member if you attended DUCOG in 2021 or 2022.

Financial aid for accepted submissions
In order to apply for a financial aid (deadline: 1 April 2023), download and fill in this form, and send it to ducog@cecog.eu along with a letter from your supervisor stating the financial difficulty of paying the registration fee. Decisions will be sent by 8 April 2023.

Refund policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and attendees may need to cancel their registration for our conference. We have established the following refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all attendees.

1. Full refund (minus 10 euros handling fee) before May 1, 2023: If you cancel your registration before May 1, 2023, you will receive a full refund minus a 10 euros handling fee.

2. Partial refund (50%) before May 14: If you cancel your registration between May 1 and May 14, 2023, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the registration fee.

3. No refund after May 14: If you cancel your registration after May 14, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing to our conference email address (ducog@cecog.eu).
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request.

Poster format

The poster should be printed at the standard conference size of A0, in portrait orientation.
Since Dubrovnik is a small town, we recommend printing your poster before arrival, as we cannot recommend you any print shops in town.
