The poster should be printed at the standard conference size of A0, in portrait orientation.
Since Dubrovnik is a small town, we recommend printing your poster before arrival, as we cannot recommend you any print shops in town.

Registration fees
CECOG member: 270 EUR
Non-member: 350 EUR
Late: 420 EUR
The registration fee includes lunch for Friday and Saturday.
Students can apply for financial aid (reduced fee of 200 EUR) until 1 April 2026 by sending this form along with a letter from their supervisor stating the financial difficulty of paying the registration fee. Please, note that we have a limited amount of financial aid slots available, thus receival of the aid is not guaranteed.

You are a CECOG member if you attended DUCOG in 2024 or 2025.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and attendees may need to cancel their registration for our conference. We have established the following refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all attendees:
1. Full Refund (minus 20 euros handling fee) before May 1: If you cancel your registration before May 1, you will receive a full refund minus a 20 euros handling fee.
2. No Refund After May 1: If you cancel your registration after May 1, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing to our conference email address (ducog@cecog.eu). Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request.
